Softscape Installation

Softscape is the living part of a landscape — trees, shrubs, groundcover, and turf — and it's where Mother Earth Gardens' own-nursery model matters most. We grow and reserve the plant material for your project on signing, so installation isn't held hostage to open-market availability, and we can mobilise within about a week of Notice to Proceed.

What does softscape installation include?

Ground preparation and soil build-up, tree and shrub planting at spec size, groundcover and turf installation, and the establishment care that gets new planting through its critical first months. On structural sites it includes the correct planter soil buildup for the plant type.

Who is it for?

Developers and GCs installing subdivision, commercial, and campus planting at scale; homeowners planting a full garden; and any project where plant supply is on the critical path and can't be left to chance.

How does MEG deliver it differently?

A 32-hectare nursery behind every install means stock is grown, reserved, and mature on arrival — not chased on the open market after award, which is where most large planting jobs slip. It also means we can supply specimen sizes that read as "landscaped" from day one, backed by a plant replacement warranty (typically around six months on installed material).

Frequently asked questions

How fast can MEG mobilise a planting job?

Because stock is already growing on our farm and reserved on signing, mobilisation is typically about one week from Notice to Proceed — far faster than a contractor sourcing plants on the open market after award.

What happens if a plant fails after installation?

Installed plant material typically carries a replacement warranty in the range of six months under normal conditions; exact terms are set per contract.
