Careers
Mother Earth Gardens designs, grows, installs, and maintains landscapes — one team, from our own 32-hectare farm to some of the country's most demanding corporate, institutional, and residential sites. We're always looking for people who want to build a career in that work, not just fill a post.
We don't run on job boards. When we grow — and we've been growing since 2009 — we hire from the people who reached out because they wanted to work here. If that's you, we want your application on file before the opening exists.
The work: Concept development, planting design, and design development across residential, corporate, and institutional projects — working alongside our in-house Licensed Landscape Architect and supported by a plant palette we actually grow.
What we look for: A design portfolio (concepts, planting plans, or built work), fluency in tropical planting, and the discipline to design from real, available stock rather than catalog pictures. AutoCAD/SketchUp helpful; curiosity about AI-assisted design tools a plus.
The work: Running landscape installation projects end to end — mobilization, crew coordination, GC and client communication, submittals and progress documentation, and closing out to handover standard.
What we look for: Site experience in landscaping or construction, comfort with developer/GC paperwork (method statements, schedules, billing support), and the judgment to escalate early instead of late.
The work: Leading crews on installation and maintenance sites — daily work planning, quality of planting and hardscape work, safety discipline, and honest daily reporting.
What we look for: Hands-on landscaping or construction crew leadership, plant-handling knowledge, and reliability. Many of our best foremen grew from crew — experience matters more than paperwork.
Skilled gardeners and installation crew are welcome to apply the same way — experienced field hands are the backbone of everything we build.

Application — [Role] — [Your Name] e.g. "Application — Project Manager — Juan Dela Cruz"
Include your CV or resume, a short note on why this work interests you, and — for design roles — a portfolio or samples of your work (a link is fine). For foreman and crew roles, a simple summary of the projects and crews you've handled is enough; formal resumes are welcome but not required.
Applications go on file and are reviewed directly by the owner. When a role opens that fits, you'll hear from us.
