Corporate / Industrial
At the First Philippine Industrial Park in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, Mother Earth Gardens delivered one of its largest single-site landscape programs — full softscape design, installation, and ongoing maintenance for a global manufacturing company's Philippine campus. Working across a large campus and more than 700 trees, MEG took the site from bare post-construction earth to a mature, tree-lined environment with interior greenwall planting, then stayed on to keep it that way. It remains an active maintenance account.
A working manufacturing campus is a demanding landscape client. The grounds had to read as a polished, world-class corporate environment while surviving an industrial-park microclimate — open sun, wind exposure, and heavy paved areas that hold heat. The site began as bare, compacted construction ground with no established planting. The scope reached indoors too: an interior atrium and a living greenwall that needed species chosen to survive lower light and controlled conditions. And because the campus operates continuously, planting and later maintenance had to happen around an active facility.
MEG led with its core advantage — a vertically integrated model backed by its own 32-hectare nursery in Calauan, Laguna. Rather than chasing stock on the open market for a job of this size, MEG grew and reserved the material itself, which allowed fast mobilisation from Notice to Proceed and a supply of mature specimens on demand. The team handled the full arc in-house: softscape design, ground preparation and soil build-up, tree and shrub installation at scale, and interior greenwall planting selected for indoor conditions. Irrigation was set up to carry the planting through the hot, exposed dry season. Because the same team designed, grew, and installed the landscape, there were no supply-chain gaps between drawing and delivery.
A fully established campus landscape: tree-lined boulevards, lawn and path features, layered palm and garden beds along the campus roads, and an interior greenwall and atrium planting program. More than 700 trees went into the grounds. Just as importantly, MEG did not walk away at turnover — the company holds the ongoing maintenance account, with scheduled crews keeping the softscape, irrigation, and greenwall healthy well past installation.
From a 32-hectare nursery to a finished industrial campus, MEG closes the gap between design and delivery — because it grows what it installs.
